Yooz vapes are designed in Shenzhen and manufactured domestically and internationally under the supervision of our talented engineering team.
The Yooz aluminum shell encases a lithium ion battery, a circuit board and a pressure sensor, all separate from the vapor path and liquid. Our Yooz pods are constructed with heat resistant, food-grade plastics, and contain a stainless steel vapor path, an industry standard silica wick, and nichrome coil heater.
There are magnets at the base of the device that holds the device securely in place while connected to the magnetic USB charging dock. Many electronic devices with magnets can affect each other, Yooz not excluded. For example, while charging connected to a laptop, Yooz can trigger a magnet inside your computer that forces it into sleep mode. This won’t damage your computer, but if this occurs, we recommend using an alternate USB port. We’ve found that using the port on the right side of your computer works best for charging Yooz, but this could be different depending on your particular laptop. Yooz should also be kept away from key cards, credit cards, and other items with magnetic strips.
Yooz uses a lithium-ion polymer battery. All portable electronics containing lithium-ion batteries present rare, but potentially serious safety hazards, especially under hot or cold conditions. To assure personal and property safety, charging Yooz should only occur at temperatures between 5°C and 45°C (41°F and 113°F ).
If you do not currently use nicotine-containing products, we recommend that you do not start. However, if you are an adult smoker who has been looking for an e-vapor alternative that can satisfy like a cigarette, then yooz may be a good choice for you.

Furthermore, yooz e-liquid and vapor are also tested by an independent lab. yooz Labs tracks emerging FDA regulations closely, and we support responsible product quality standards.

Yooz comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.
Yooz only warrants yooz against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from date of retail purchase from yooz.life
Yooz pods themselves are not covered by this warranty
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
- Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, or rain, extreme humidity, unusual heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
- Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by YoozLabs in the device documentation;
- A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability;
- Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by Yooz Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by Yooz Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use;
- Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
- Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and
- Normal performance degradation of batteries. Please contact YoozLabs Customer Care for more information on battery degradation.
In addition, opening, disassembling or tampering with your device in any way will void this Limited Warranty.
1.To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following:
2.Review this Yoozlab 1-year Limited Warranty to confirm that the device is warranted hereunder.
3.Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records.
4.It is recommended soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and device serial number as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty.
5.If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to Yooz Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by the date of the device manufactured using the device serial number.
6.Contact YoozLabs Customer Care to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.
Please note:
1.Yooz Labs Customer Care may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.
2.All devices approved for warranty service must be returned to Yooz Labs before a replacement device will be provided.
3.Depending on your geography, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the device to Yooz
4.Yooz Labs strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Yooz Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you.
5.The cost of return shipping to you for devices not covered by this Limited Warranty shall be your responsibility, and Yooz Labs may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such devices.
6.Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age-verification. YoozLabs will only honor this Limited Warranty from the original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device.
7.We additionally reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we believe that such warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the restrictive properties of this site. In the event your warranty claim is terminated or deleted, your only option is to request assistance by contacting Yooz Labs via the Contact Form.
8.YoozLabs reserves the right to change the terms of this limited warranty without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.
